Overall, the earphones work quite well for insulating from outside noise. With regular earphones, I had to turn up the volume to overcome the noise from the music in the gym, thus straining my ears from the combined volume. It was a great relief after I bought this product.
The earphones come with a nice case and with several attachments (different sizes and softness) to fit the individual. For me the hard transparent ones work best, but they are not extremely comfortable (if worn longer than an hour).
As downside of the product I would mention the sound quality when listening to music, since the sound has to travel through a fairly small tube. For spoken content they are great.
