The Creative Zen Nano works very well.
+Battery lasts long. Regular AAA easily replaced.
+Can be used as memory stick. Most newer computers detect it automatically as drive.
+Drag audio files to drive, and player will be ready toplay them
+Player remembers the audio file and the position during turn-off.
-Navigation between songs cumbersome if too many songs on player. Just limit yourself to 10-20 songs.
-Audio books from Audible.com need to be converted from .aa to .asf using Audible's manager software. Apple can apparently play .aa files directly.
-Changing between regular audio files will start from the beginning of the audio. This can be cumbersome for audio files longer than 10 minutes. Audiobooks from Audible.com remember position though.
